Through a sister company to Sundling Wärn Partners, we invest long term capital into private and public securities, mainly shares and high-yield-bonds. In specific situations, we like to partner up with other long term investors with an active ownership agenda. We selectively engage in governance activities through participation on boards of directors and nomination committees.
